SOS Healthcare, a well-regarded company known for its services in staffing freelance and interim healthcare professionals, had a clear objective. They wanted to expand their operations and help more healthcare professionals to get more meaningful work that fits their own personal schedule. In order to grow they wanted to build a platform that would enable them to reach more people and make it as easy as possible for them to find new assignments.
To bring SOS Healthcare's vision to life, Sixth Generation teamed up with Unlock'd and XTi. We started by holding a workshop with the client, aiming to identify the core features needed to manage, publish, and match healthcare workers with the right assignments.
After gaining clarity from the workshop, all parties collaborated on the Software Architecture to define a solid and future proof base of the platform. XTi tackled the backend, Unlock'd took on the mobile application's development and we at Sixth Generation zeroed in on the web-based backoffice application.
We chose Retool as our platform, ensuring a smooth connection with the backend and all data sources, making data management more efficient.
With a clear plan in place, we laid out a detailed backlog, outlining every task. This organised approach allowed us to coordinate our efforts effectively, leading to a timely and successful launch.
